Sleepland Beds Reviews

Had a really great time shopping here. Everything went smoothly and I was quite pleased.

We purchased a triple bunk bed featuring one double and one single. It's super sturdy and solid, plus assembly was a breeze. I’d definitely recommend this! Thanks a bunch!

Placing an order and making a payment was a breeze. The customer service was top-notch. Plus, the delivery arrived right on schedule.

I purchased this lovely loft bed for my boy. It's constructed really well and it's the only one I found that has stairs instead of a ladder (plus storage!). It fits perfectly in a compact space and my son is really into it. The delivery was super fast, and they even got it up the stairs for me. Excellent quality and service.

Fantastic service! The delivery was quick and the folks were super friendly, plus it didn’t cost a dime. The product quality is outstanding, and the price can’t be beat. A very satisfied customer here!

I had no clue about this brand before, but I stumbled upon them during my never-ending quest for a budget-friendly, high-quality bed that would satisfy my kid's needs. They really came through! Fantastic price, excellent quality, and it arrived right on schedule to a room I picked. The ordering process was super easy and the folks were friendly. We've been using the bed for a few months now, and I can't find anything wrong with it. It's really sturdy and safe for my little one, plus it has all the cool extras that she just loves. I'd definitely shop here again, no doubt!

Two great beds with mattresses. Really happy with my purchase!

I can't give this company enough praise. Right from the start, when I reached out with questions, they were super helpful, quick, and really went the extra mile to deliver an excellent experience. After a rough time with a previous purchase that forced us to look for a new bed, I was pretty nervous. Since Sleepland beds aren't nearby, that added to my worries. However, they were quick to address all my concerns, provided detailed videos of their products, and even went online to find options that suited my needs. I could tell they were sincere, and my worries faded away. Their communication was top-notch. The delivery went off without a hitch and was on time, plus the bed is of outstanding quality. It was a breeze to assemble, the instructions were clear, and my little guy had a fantastic first night in his 'big boy bed' after waiting three weeks for it to arrive, especially after dealing with a subpar bed from another company. Huge thanks for your amazing, supportive, and thoughtful service. You truly go the extra mile. I’ll definitely spread the word about you!

Awesome support from the team. A couple of years back, I ordered a bunk bed and had to relocate it. We were struggling to locate the reassembly instructions, but they quickly sent us a copy via email. The bunk bed is of excellent quality and has held up nicely. Plus, it has some great storage options. This is a solid company to purchase from, super helpful, and I’d definitely recommend them.

Awesome updates on the delivery process. The bed is of high quality, and my daughter couldn't be more pleased with it.

Came across these triple bunk beds on the web and had a few queries, so I gave them a call. They answered all my questions, and I went ahead with the order. Delivery was set up as promised. The boxes were brought to the spot I needed by some really friendly and helpful guys. Huge thanks, it was awesome!

The delivery team advised us on which boxes to start with, and that was super helpful! The bed is top-notch, and the kids are really enjoying it.

What an absolutely fantastic company to engage with. From the initial phone call to the delivery of our daughter's new bed, everything was smooth sailing. We had been on the hunt for a new bed for quite some time, but then fortune smiled upon us when we discovered Sleepland beds. I made a call to ask about delivery since we’re outside the usual delivery area. They reassured me by explaining that they partner with a local delivery service and share the costs. I put down a deposit since there was only one bed in stock that we were interested in. We had to wait a few weeks for delivery, but that was totally fine as we were aware of the timeline when I placed the order. A week prior to delivery, we were notified that the bed was on its way, and the delivery service texted us two days before with a two-hour window. Spot on! Everything arrived in perfect condition. We had a blast on Saturday afternoon setting up our daughter's bed, and it’s definitely a sturdy piece. We did encounter a minor issue with some handles, but after a quick call and sending over some pictures, new handles were shipped to us and showed up the very next day. Now that’s what I call great service! I would absolutely recommend this company; they really take care of their customers. The bed we purchased is robust, well-crafted, and should last us for many years. Truly a fantastic company with excellent service, and I’ll definitely spread the word.

Fantastic service - fair price for a quality mattress. Helpful updates regarding delivery. Just what we were looking for, and super close to home.

The customer support was fantastic, and the bed is top-notch! My kiddo is super happy snoozing in it!
